Going to the Beach

Image result for beach

Guess what I did?
I went to the Beach with my family!

At the Beach it was so fun!!!
First I had my lunch at the Beach and we ate sandwiches, fruits, snacks, crackers, chips and my favorite snack was the sandwiches! They were delicious!!
Next I went for a swim and I almost drowned! But my Dad saved me.
I layed down on the sand with my cousin and brother and  the current would pull us back.

I loved it and it was so fun, I really want to go again.

Catch it

One day I woke up with a big yawn and stretch, and then I fell back to sleep. I popped my head out of my underground house and saw the sun shining on my face, my friends did the same. I looked at a large tree and saw a pink fruit, my friends and I climbed the tree and stroked the fruit. Suddenly a Vulture came and frightened my friends and I, we hid in our underground houses and with a blink of an eye he flew off with our fruit. My friends and I were furious and eventually we chased after him, we ran and ran until one of my friends jumped and hung on his legs! We made a ladder and when he flew higher and higher we fell, the fruit fell with us. We worked together to get the fruit away from the Vulture and we succeeded! The Vulture smacked into the wall we played and played with the fruit, then I kicked the fruit and it went between 2 trees then….
SPLAT on the ground went the fruit. We looked disappointed as if someone got a bad report.
THE END.

My Spring writing.

As I am walking, I can smell the fresh spring air, and the sweet flowers attract the beautiful butterflies and bees. The smell and the scent takes me away in peacefulness. I can smell each different and unique smell of flowers. It takes me away and then I forget all my bad moments. The smell fills my lungs as I rest. The sounds and the smell heals my headaches. I feel relaxed and my anger has gone. I feel like my peacefulness is dragging me into a calming world.   Image result for spring pictures garden

Spring Poem

Spring starts on the first of September.

Petals on the flowers are colourful and bright.

Rainbows appear but not often.

It rains so the flowers can grow.

New leaves start to grow on the trees.

Grass start to grow green and long.

The Sons of Ma'afu

Once there lived a chief named Ma’afu who had two naughty sons their names are Ma’afutoka and Ma’afulele. They always get in trouble. They would practice throwing their spears but never be careful where they throw them, once a spear ended up  in a man’s leg and
from now on he could never walk properly.

The villagers had enough so they sent them away to Atavahea to get water the chief didn’t want to send them away because he knew there was a scary and big duck there  but a good leader listens to his people, so the brothers got their coconut shells  and they went to Atavahea to get water. The boys started getting water when the big scary duck appeared, the two boys fought with all their might and they won, they gathered their water and travelled back to the village with the duck.

The villagers were still unhappy so they sent them to Muihatafa to get water but from the bottom of the sea, the chief looked at the two boys, he knew that there was a triggerfish and the boys wouldn’t stand it and saw that they were not even sorry so he agreed, Ma’afutoka and Ma’afulele got their coconut shells and travelled to Muihatafa. Once they got there they dived into the ocean and the triggerfish came swimming towards the boys, the boys fought with all their might and when they thought that they were going to drown one of them punched the fish through the gills and it stopped moving, since the fish stopped moving they both got water and headed back to the village.

The village was still unhappy so they wanted to send them away. Ma’afu the chief  wanted to change their minds but the people have spoken so the sons went to live in the sky so they can always look down and see their village.

The End
