Week 1 of term 1 - 2020

Hi my name is Paisha. My first day of school was scary because I had a new teacher and class.

 This year I am in Room 10 and my teacher is Mr. Nath. I am in year 6 now. I am very nervous to be in Room 10 because I am going to be working with new people and teacher.     

My goal for this year is to become much more smarter in math and all the other subjects. I would also like to learn about Hydrology in science this year. 



    

Electricity is used to make lights and devices.

Lights use electricity as well as cars

Electricity can be used but make sure you turn it off after using it.

Cars use energy as well and other things

The energy we use can produce different things.

Remember to turn off your lights after it is used.

I remember to save power.

Cars use energy and electricity.

I remember to turn off lights.

Turn off things after it is used.

Your power and electricity cost money.

Going to the Beach

Guess what I did?
I went to the Beach with my family!

At the Beach it was so fun!!!
First I had my lunch at the Beach and we ate sandwiches, fruits, snacks, crackers, chips and my favorite snack was the sandwiches! They were delicious!!
Next I went for a swim and I almost drowned! But my Dad saved me.
I layed down on the sand with my cousin and brother and  the current would pull us back.

I loved it and it was so fun, I really want to go again.
